I'm a native of Baltimore where I have made funny drawings and paintings since I could hold things. 
Here are some possibly out-of-context descriptive phrases Baltimore City Paper used to describe the first collected volume of my webcomic I Taste Sound: “a little bit nuts”, “guffaw-worthy concepts”, “you may find yourself laughing in spite of yourself”, “messes us up in all sorts of ways” and “almost like Riley drew them drunk”.

Also of I Taste Sound, J. Aaron at Grizzly Bomb said "There’s just something about the lo-fi style art and mixture of clever and blunt humor and odd logic that makes us laugh, wows us, and genuinely evokes the feeling of being at an indie comics show" and "better than 98% of the crap available on the spinner racks." Alright.
